The FBI's "Hate Crime Statistics" for 1999 show that
2,030 whites were arrested that year for "hate
crimes" against blacks, compared to 524 blacks who
were arrested and charged with a "hate crime"
against whites.
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, blacks make up
12.8 percent of the population -- or about 35.4
million of the country's 280 million people -- so,
given the arrest rate versus population percentage,
the data indicates that blacks are one-and-a-half
times more likely to be arrested for a "hate crime"
than whites.
The Census Bureau's November 2000 statistics listed
the nation's white population at 226.8 million, or
82.2 percent of the total.
"In light of this study, it's fair to ask who poses
a greater threat to the black community -- racist,
violent whites or oblivious black politicians?" said
Steve Dasbach, the national director for the
Libertarian Party.
"Unfortunately, hate crime laws have boomeranged on
blacks," Dasbach said in a recent statement.
"African-Americans thought that hate crime
legislation would protect them, but instead they're
being used as another legal weapon to prosecute
them."
"Hate crimes aren't just for KKK members anymore.
They are now being applied even to same-race crimes
… apparently giving racist police, prosecutors or
judges another weapon to use against
African-Americans," Dasbach said.
The bottom line, Dasbach said, is that crimes
against a certain protected class of citizens
"should not be treated more seriously than crimes
against anyone else."
The Libertarian Party has advocated a complete
elimination of all "hate crime" laws. "Racist
criminals, whether black or white, should be
punished for their crimes, but hate crime laws
aren't needed to do that," said the party chief.
Officially, Congress has described a "hate crime" as
one "in which the defendant intentionally selects a
victim, or in the case of a property crime, the
property that is the object of the crime, because of
the actual or perceived race, color, national
origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, or sexual
orientation of any person."
The party's position has been echoed by other
critics of "hate crimes" laws who say legislation is
written in such a way that authorities often have
too much arbitrary power to decide whether a crime
had a racial undertone.
Many believe that "hate crime" laws, now in 45
states, have hit poor and minority communities the
worst.
"It is demonstrable that these laws hit the poor and
minorities hardest. It wasn't meant that way, but
that's the way it is," said Christopher Plourd -- a
criminal defense lawyer who has represented a number
of clients charged with "hate crimes" -- in an Oct.
30 interview with columnist Arianna Huffington.
"In the same way that [police] don't go on white
college campuses trying to enforce drug laws, but
come to the 'hood, they'll use these new hate crime
laws against the NAACP's own constituents," Van
Jones, director of the Ella Baker Center for Human
Rights, told Huffington.
Ironically, most blacks continue to vote heavily for
Democrats who have championed "hate crimes"
legislation for years. According to the NAACP, about
88 percent of blacks who voted in last November's
elections chose Democratic presidential nominee Al
Gore and other Democratic candidates for nationwide
and local races.
Prior to the Nov. 7 election, the NAACP launched a
$9 million national campaign effort in support of
Gore, who had been a vociferous supporter of past
"hate crimes" legislation.
Some Republicans have also backed expansion of
federal legislation, but last fall GOP leaders
killed "hate crimes" language in the Defense
Department's appropriations bill out of fear it
would have jeopardized the whole measure.
Also, GOP leaders said that while current federal
law was sufficient to punish criminals convicted of
racially motivated crime, overall, the issue of
"hate crimes" legislation seemed contrary to the
Constitution's equality provisions.
"It should not be made a matter of federal law to
designate one group of crimes and its victims less
important than others," said John Czwartacki, a
spokesman for Senate Majority Leader Trent Lott,
R-Miss., in an October interview with the Associated
Press.
The FBI said there were a total of 7,876 "bias
motivation" incidents in 1999. Anti-white incidents
accounted for 781 of those, while anti-black
incidents numbered 2,958. Anti-Hispanic incidents
accounted for 466 of 829 ethnicity/national
origin-related incidents.
Of religiously based "bias events," anti-Jewish
figures accounted for 1,109 of 1,411 documented
incidents. Anti-Protestant incidents numbered 48,
and anti-Catholic incidents accounted for 36 of the
cases.
Also, the FBI said there were a total of 1,317
"sexual orientation" incidents. Of those, 915 were
anti-male homosexual; 187 were anti-female
homosexual; 178 were anti-homosexual in general; and
14 were anti-heterosexual. Twenty-three incidents
were anti-bisexual in nature.
The bureau also said law enforcement officials
recorded 9,301 "crimes against persons" offenses in
1999. California -- the nation's most populous state
at over 34 million people -- recorded the most
offenses with 2,295, followed by New Jersey (663),
New York (602), and Massachusetts and Michigan with
492 each.
Mississippi, North Dakota, and Wyoming led the
nation with the least "crimes against persons"
incidents, with just 2 each, followed by Alaska and
the District of Columbia (6 each), Louisiana (7),
Arkansas (9) and South Dakota (14).
Crimes against persons include murder and
non-negligent manslaughter (17), forcible rape (6),
aggravated assault (1,120), simple assault (1,766)
and intimidation crimes (3,268). There were 12
offenses listed as "other."
The FBI's study appeared in the bureau's annual
"Uniform Crime Report" and included data from over
12,000 law enforcement agencies around the country.

crime. Each year, the report reflects a single fact
that is very politically incorrect to mention, but
since we are talking about the reasons for crime in
this discussion, we should face the facts, and the
truth whether its pretty or not. Race plays a major
role in violent crime. You know it, and I know it,
but we are afraid to admit it in public.
- The average Black commits murder about 7.1 times
more often than the average "White" (where "White"
includes Hispanics etc.)
- The average Black commits interracial murder about
13.8 times more often than the average "White"
(where "White: includes Hispanics etc.)
- The average Black kills a "White" 15.9 times more
often than the reverse.
- Weapons violations are committed by Blacks at
nearly 5 times the rate for Whites;
- Blacks are caught receiving or buying stolen
property at nearly 5 times the rate for Whites;
- Blacks are involved in prostitution at almost 4
times the rate for Whites;
- Blacks are arrested for drug crimes at over 4
times the rate for Whites;
- Blacks are more than three times as likely as
Whites to be caught at forgery, counterfeiting, and
fraud, and almost three times as likely to be caught
at embezzlement;

system are not biased against minorities. Crime Rates:
1) Blacks are seven times more
likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more
likely to commit robbery. 2) When blacks commit crimes
of violence, they are nearly three times more likely than non-blacks to use
a gun, and more than twice as likely to use a
knife. 3) Hispanics commit violent
crimes at roughly three times the white rate, and Asians commit violent crimes
at about one quarter the white rate. 4) The single best indicator of violent
crime levels in an area is the percentage of the population that is black
and Hispanic. Interracial Crime:
1) Of the nearly 770,000 violent
interracial crimes committed every year involving blacks and whites, blacks

Like Ahab's search for the Great White Whale, liberals' search
for the Great White Defendant is relentless and never-ending. When, in 1988,
Tawana Brawley's and Al Sharpton's then year-old spectacular charge that several
white men including prosecutor Steven Pagones (whose name Brawley had picked out
of a newspaper article) had abducted and raped the 15 year old was shown to be
completely false, the Nation said it didn't matter, since the charges expressed
the essential nature of white men's treatment of black women in this country.
When the Duke University lacrosse players were accused of raping a black
stripper last year, liberals everywhere treated the accusation as fact, because,
just as with the Nation and Tawana Brawley, the rape charge seemed to the minds
of liberals to reflect the true nature of oppressive racial and sexual relations
in America. To see the real truth of the matter, let us
take a look at the Department of Justice document Criminal Victimization in the
United States, 2005. (Go to the linked document, and under "Victims and
Offenders" download the pdf file for 2005.) In Table 42, entitled "Personal crimes of violence, 2005, percent distribution
of single-offender victimizations, based on race of victims, by type of crime
and perceived race of offender," we learn that there were 111,590 white victims
and 36,620 black victims of rape or sexual assault in 2005. (The number of rapes
is not distinguished from those of sexual assaults; it is maddening that sexual
assault, an ill-defined category that covers various types of criminal acts
ranging from penetration to inappropriate touching, is conflated with the more
specific crime of rape.) In the 111,590 cases in which the victim of rape or
sexual assault was white, 44.5 percent of the offenders were white, and 33.6
percent of the offenders were black. In the 36,620 cases in which the victim of
rape or sexual assault was black, 100 percent of the offenders were black, and
0.0 percent of the offenders were white. The table explains that 0.0 percent means that
there were under 10 incidents nationally, so the Duke Lacrosse rape case had a
statistical probability of ZERO! But that is okay with liberals and Negroes,
The table does not gives statistics for Hispanic victims and
offenders. [SIDEBAR: This is to cover-up illegal, Mexican
wetback atrocities so that NAFTA and the BUSHICAN/Democrat, Atlantic-Globalist will have their way,
but we have them below.] But the bottom line on interracial white/black and black/white
rape is clear: In the United States in 2005, 37,460 white
females were sexually assaulted or raped by a black man, while between zero and
ten black females were sexually assaulted or raped by a white man. [SIDEBAR: This would explain the 17% other,
they are illegal wetbacks who rape, sexually assault, or molest over 20,000
white females and children every year! And many of the offending 44.5% of white
offenders are Hispanics who are not illegal wetback.] What this means is that every day in the
United States, over one hundred white women are raped or sexually assaulted by a
black man.
Linda Fairstein, former head of the New York County District Attorney's Sex
Crimes Unit, noted, "There are about 4,000 reports of rape each year in
Manhattan. Of these, about half simply did not happen.... It's my job to bring
justice to the man who has been falsely accused by a woman who has a grudge
against him, just as it's my job to prosecute the real thing." No wonder there was such absolute belief in the guilt of the
Duke students among the leading sectors of liberal America. A drug-addled,
half-deranged, promiscuous black stripper accused three young white men of
raping her. As stated above, there are virtually zero rapes of black women by white men in the
United States, and half of all rape charges against specific individuals turn
out to be false. But in the Gnostic, inverted world of liberal demonology, the
rich, white, male student/athletes had to be guilty. Meanwhile, in the real America, week after week, the
newspapers report the rapes of white women by black men—though, of course,
without ever once using the words, "a white woman was raped by black man." Just
last week in the New York Post there was a story about a serial black rapist who
invaded women's apartments on Manhattan's Upper West Side; you knew the rapist
was black from a police drawing accompanying the story, and you knew the victims
were most likely white from the neighborhoods where the attacks occurred. But
even when news media's reports of black on white rape make the race of the
perpetrator evident (which the media only does in a minority of instances), no
explicit reference is ever made to the racial aspect of the case. Each story of
black on white rape is reported in isolation, not presented as part of a larger
pattern. There is never the slightest mention of the fact that white women in
this country are being targeted by black rapists. In the inverted world of

Although "hate-crime" legislation has been
championed by minority groups in hopes it would
discourage racially motivated crime, a recently
released FBI crime report reveals that a higher
percentage of blacks than whites are charged with
race-biased "hate crimes."
Dasbach also said the FBI study indicated that
another 87 blacks were arrested for hate crimes
against other blacks. 
Here are the facts. If the truth bothers you, too
bad for you. Before I finish, it is very important
to note here that a few years ago, the FBI decided
that brown is white, so many non-white races were
grouped together with whites. This helps even the
playing field a little. We are being propagandized
to accept Mexico and Latin America before the border
is removed, so previous FBI crime stats showed a
great deal of crime among Latins which might cause
the rest of America to not be very accepting of
millions of illegals and their crime. So, in the
following information, white is not white. White is
white plus Latins and other races. The FBI won't
